Shared hosting customers can create domain email accounts from cPanel when email is included with the plan.
- Log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts.
- Create the mailbox, set a strong password, and save the mailbox settings.
- Use Webmail for browser access or configure the mailbox in an email app using the server settings shown in cPanel.
- If your DNS is hosted outside the server, make sure MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are configured correctly.
